Santa Calrita Livin'

So I have officially lived in Santa Clarita for a little over a week now. Classes are good. Way different from Biola but of course they would be. I'm glad I met Austin's friends before I actually moved down here because they keep me entertained. Justin Bower has been an amazing friend so far helping me from the application process, to stealing me & doing stuff around town like get ice cream & hiking. Then he takes me to classes on Tue & Thur which i cannot thank him enough for. Its so different than La Mirada. There is so much TV & Movie props & shows being filmed around here its so cool to have the chance to go to school & see the set of a tv show being filmed right in front of you though I have yet to experience it. I went to Laguna beach on Sat to hang with Austin, his dad, step-mom & lil sis. It was a lot of fun even though the water was FREEZING. I got sunburned too :(. So far Santa Clarita I'm liking it. Austin's mom has been a huge help lending me her BMW on Mon & Wed to get to the CCC campus. The hardest part is learning street names & where they take you but it will take me a lil to get used to that.

5 Months

Well today is Austin & my 5th month anniversary. It's crazy to think that its been 5 months everyone thinks its longer cause it seems like it. I finally got to see him after 2 & 1/2 months of being apart. I missed him lol :D. I love you Austin!!! You have no idea how hard it was to be away from you cause I missed you so much

Day 28 & 29

Day 28- A picture of you last year and now, how have you changed since then? The 2nd picture is on me the night before I left to Biola. I was really really young I feel. 1st time leaving home & going to college not knowing what to expect. I was happy & excited
The 1st picture was taken about a week ago. I've changed in that I don't really need my parents in my life all the time. I've matured a lot & have gone through tough times that I really shouldn't have gone through. Found love & gained education. Getting ready for my new adventure in So Cal

Day 29- In this past month, what have you learned?
Well I will do it for July. I learned that its ok to miss someone & not talk to them for a day or two. I also learned I need to be away from my parents if I want to move on with my life....also that wakeboards hurt lmao. But on a serious note I've learned to take responsibility if I want it I have to go for it & not expect people to just hand it to me.

Well I'm on summer vacation, not much to do & I couldn't find a job & had hella time on my hands so yeah.... lol

Day 26- What you think about your friends?
My friends are amazing idk if I could have asked for a better group of people. I have like a couple groups of friends. I have my Biola friends which are really really protective of me. Then I have my Modesto friends. These guys have know me either from Elementary, Middle or High School they have been with me through thick & thin I love them to death & they know the real me, with football guys & just about everything else. Then football friends. They have know me on the field & have seen me push myself further than I thought I could. Then last but not least Austin's friends. These are a bunch of really cool & welcoming batch of amazingly real people. Different backgrounds, ethnicity & they all are funny!

Day 24- A letter to your parents
Dear Mom & Dad, thank you so much for teaching me so much about myself & my life growing up. Setting a good example of what a marriage should look like except with less kids ;). Thank you for letting me pursue my dream of playing football & then my dream to go to Biola. Although the last dream came to a close quicker than I would like I am thakful you let me go for that one year because it has changed my life for the better. I'm onto my next adventure in life & you have to understand its my turn to make mistakes, to get hurt in love, to fall in love & out of it if that may be. But most of all I'm 19, I can make pretty good decisions on my own about how I want my life to play out. I like the commentary but I also have to think about myself too, what I want as well. <3 Meghan

Day 23- Something you crave for a lot

I crave Taco's all the time!!!! They are my favorite food. You can it as a taco or make it into a salad!!! its soooooooo good

Day 22- What makes you different from everyone else?
Well for one 1 I played High School football all 4yrs. I love being active & playing paintball with my friends as well as going hiking. I'm just different because I don't conform to what people think of me & I like to lift weights. I say what I want to, dress how I want to & do what I want to.

Samuel Michael Cashion June 10, 1985- August 10,2010. You will always be remembered as a loving Husband, Father, Boyfriend, Friend, and Hero. RIP Sam. Sam was a great guy even though we never met in person he changed my life. I met him through Austin. We would talk about the most random funny things ever. I would help him with girl stuff & he would help me with guy stuff. We were both here for each other when something bad happened or if something good happened. We lost him to cancer when we thought he was doing good he snuck away from us & flew to heaven. I told him once I got there he was gonna lose to me in a game of football. He will be missed terribly & I am praying for his family & friends. RIP Sam you went too soon but don't worry we will meet ;) just not for a long long time ;)

Day 17-20

20-Well obviously I'm with Austin lol. But on a serious note I can see myself with Austin for the rest of my life. I don't really care what people say about us being too young or barely know each other. I love him & I can totally see myself married to him. He's everything I could ever want.

I made a blog because Austin had one so I was like ok I can try to make one. Its also a good place to write all your feelings down like a diary only online for everyone else to see lol

Day 11

This is my best friend Alexus. I met her my Junior yr of HS & we totally clicked we had so much fun in Spanish class it was always fun. She was a big supporter of me in football. She was always at the game representing #88 lol. She was always there for me when I needed a friend. We had a lil saying Don't Cupcake haha!!!! Nada Nada Limonada lmao from Spanish class our teacher would always say.

These are my best friends Maria & Maggie. They are sisters & used to live right across the street from me for about 3yrs. I miss them a lot & don't get to hang with them as much as I want to. I got Maria a job at where I used to work at :D.
