Working Out


I have been working out since March. I've seen some great improvements with my body. I'm not trying to seem like I'm totally into myself I'm not I'm just proud of my work & keeping to it. Now I'm doing it 3 days a week with my grandpa helping him lose weight & also be able to eat more since he has diabetes so working out allows him to eat a lil more sugar than usual. But helping him work out is also making him healthier that is my main goal right now. We go on bike rides that are 6miles long & takes 30-45mins to complete & then we do weights. Bench press, butterflies, curls, & crunches then about 20-40 laps in the pool. I'm down to a 25in waist & I can see my top 2 abs!!!! I'm soooooo excited my bmi is down to 21% I want to get down to 20% which all i need to do is lose 1in on my waist or butt haha. So the progress is going good. My mom now wants to work out only her idea of working out is walking for a far distance haha whatever keeps her happy :) So working out is going good which keeps me happy :) ps sorry I can't rotate the pic since it was off my cell phone :(
